Optics and Photonics Days (OPD) is an important annual event in the field of optics, photonics and quantum technology in Finland and the Nordic region.
The event is organized by Photonics Finland, an association of Finnish photonics, and rotates annually between different cities in Finland (such as Oulu, Tampere, Helsinki, and Joensuu, which are major photonics industry towns). It combines high-level academic seminars (Conference) with industry exhibitions (Exhibition), serving as an important hub connecting the Nordic photonics research community with the global photonics industry.
